At Bagsy London, all orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

UK Delivery

We offer free UK shipping on UK orders over £250.

For UK orders under £250, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated UK delivery time: 1-3 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery

We currently offer international shipping to Europe, the United States and Canada.

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Estimated international delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout where available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. This means import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees and any other local charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival, as determined by the destination country's customs authorities.

The customer is responsible for checking any customs, import or tax requirements that may apply before placing an order.

If an international order is refused, returned to us, delayed, abandoned or made undeliverable due to unpaid customs charges, unpaid import taxes, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect delivery information or failure to provide information required by customs or the delivery provider, any reasonable costs incurred by Bagsy London will be deducted from your refund, where legally permitted. This includes original shipping costs, return shipping costs, courier fees, customs charges, handling fees or other charges applied by the delivery provider or customs authorities.
