Bagsy London specialises in carefully sourced, authenticated vintage and pre-loved designer handbags. Each item is individually selected, inspected and described as accurately as possible.
Vintage and Pre-Loved Items
All items sold by Bagsy London are vintage or pre-loved unless clearly stated otherwise. This means they are not brand new and should not be expected to be in new or unused condition.
Vintage and pre-loved items may show natural signs of age, use or previous ownership. These may include visible or subtle signs of wear, marks, patina, colour variation, hardware wear, interior marks, small imperfections or other characteristics consistent with a pre-owned piece.
We believe these details form part of the character of vintage and pre-loved pieces. We make every effort to describe and photograph condition clearly, including any notable signs of wear or imperfections that we identify during inspection. However, minor signs of use may not always be fully visible in photographs or individually listed, particularly where they are consistent with the item's age, condition rating and pre-loved nature.

Authenticity
Authenticity and trust are central to Bagsy London. Each item is carefully inspected before being offered for sale, and all items are independently authenticated by LegitGrails.
Each order will be supplied with an authenticity certificate for the item purchased. This will either be included with your order or provided digitally, depending on the format available.

Product Descriptions
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability information are accurate and up to date. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.
Measurements are approximate and are provided as a guide. As each item is unique, condition assessments are made carefully but may involve a degree of reasonable judgement.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean the order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted once it has been processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, has been listed incorrectly, fails final quality checks, or if there is an issue with payment, delivery details or suspected fraud.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund.
Pricing and Payment
Our default currency is pounds sterling. Where available, customers may choose to view prices in another currency for convenience.
Currency conversions may be provided by our website, payment provider or another third-party service. Converted prices are shown as a guide and may vary depending on exchange rates, payment provider fees, card issuer fees or the final currency used at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. The final amount charged will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item has been listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you, even if the order has already been confirmed.
Delivery
